Kakugo 覚悟 ("we", "our", or "us") is a free Android application that provides a role-playing game themed Pomodoro productivity timer. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. All user-generated data (quests, XP, hero name, settings, history) is stored locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences and is never uploaded anywhere.

Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK)
We display rewarded advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers,
IP address, and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. For details, see

Google Play Services (In-App Review API)
We use Google's In-App Review API to occasionally prompt users to rate the app on the
Play Store. No personal data is collected by us through this feature.
Kakugo 覚悟 sends local push notifications to alert you when focus or break sessions end. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and no notification data is sent to external servers. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
The app requests the following Android permissions:
No location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage permissions are requested.
Kakugo 覚悟 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Since all app data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's own security mechanisms (screen lock, encryption). We have no access to this data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
